Requesting the Service

Requesting service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 1 working day after submitting the IT Asset request Form (depending on stock levels)

Charges
The charges will apply according to the options selected
IT Support Availability
8 AM - 5PM | Sunday - Thursday
Accessibility

The service can be accessed via the KAUST IT Intranet Site by logging a ticket and attaching the IT Assets request form with it or contacting the IT Services Desk on 808-0900 or ithelpdesk@kaust.edu.sa.

You can also review and check all your IT Assets/Equipment assigned to your name by clicking on My IT Assets Tab under Self Services in portal and reporting any discrepancy.
